Rice Enzyme Brightening Cleansing Powder

1. On wet hands, place ⅛ tablespoon of the powder.
2. Mix the powder in the palm of your hands until it dissolves and forms a foam.
3. Gently massage the foam onto your face.
4. Use as the second step in your double-cleansing routine, replacing your water-based cleanser.
