Your order will be delivered within 1–3 business days depending on your location.
While we do our best to dispatch orders promptly, delivery timeframes may vary due to delays with NZ Post. Rural deliveries may take additional time.
✅ Order Confirmation
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
A tracking link will be emailed once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse.
We highly recommend providing a delivery address where someone is available to sign for the parcel (Signature Required) on weekdays between 9AM–5PM.
⚙️ Order Processing
Orders are processed during standard business hours.
Please note that estimated delivery timeframes do not include processing time.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, all orders are packaged using eco-friendly materials such as:
- Paper wrapping
- Recycled plastic satchels
- Paper boxes
There is no additional fee for eco-friendly packaging.
📦 NZ Post Delivery
All parcels are delivered through NZ Post.
Once dispatched, NZ Post is best equipped to assist with delivery queries.
All inventory ships from our Auckland warehouse.
We are not responsible for any additional charges or delays caused by customs regulations on the recipient’s end.
🔍 Tracking Your Order
You can track your parcel through NZ Post’s tracking system once it leaves our warehouse.

Choosing Signature Required ensures your parcel will not be left unattended.
If you select a Non-Signature service, parcels may be left in a secure location at the courier’s discretion.
Non-signature parcels are sent at the buyer’s own risk.
