Yes, we offer FREE standard shipping on NATIONAL orders over $49 NZD (after any promotions and discounts applied) at checkout.

We currently provide shipping services within New Zealand only.

Yes! At checkout, simply select the ‘Pick Up In Store’ option.
If you don’t see the Click & Collect option, please check your shipping address to ensure it’s within Auckland.
Pick-up is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send your tracking number to your email.
You can track your parcel by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your email
- Visiting New Zealand Post Track & Trace and entering your tracking number
- Logging into your account at P.boo
Please note: It may take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear on the New Zealand Post website.

If part of your order is missing, please check the shipping confirmation email to see if the items were sent separately. If all items should have arrived together or if you have concerns, contact our customer service team with your order number. We'll do our best to make things right.

Generally, one promotional code can be applied per order. Unfortunately, the promotional codes cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.

Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded unless they are expired or damaged.
- If the item is expired or damaged, it can be exchanged for a new one.
- Refunds for sale items are only possible if the product is out of stock.

If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will automatically issue a refund. Depending on your payment method, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

We offer a 14-day return policy for most products. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for more details on eligible products.

If you change your mind about a purchase, you can return it within 14 days for an exchange of the item(s).
