Coleology Cutting Jelly

1. Open the pouch
Tear open the FOODOLOGY Cutting Jelly stick at the top.

2. Squeeze it into your mouth
Gently squeeze the jelly directly into your mouth (it’s designed to be taken like a gel/shot).

3. Chew before swallowing
Don’t swallow it straight away — chew it thoroughly so it can be properly digested.

4. Take once per day
Use 1 stick per day only.

Best time to take it
Ideally after a meal, especially lunch, so it fits better with digestion and carb intake from your food.
